(1) 아동adolescent(청소년)지원법
독일에는 adolescent(청소년)보호에 관해 규정하고 있는 다수의 adolescent(청소년)보호 관련법이 존재한다. 또한 adolescent(청소년)청은 보호권자나 양육권자에게 지체 없이 보호조치에 대해 연락을 취해야 한다.
아동adolescent(청소년)지원법 제42조 제1항은 아동adolescent(청소년)의 일시적 보호에 관해 규정하고 있따 아동adolescent(청소년)이 위기 상황에 처해 있다면 어떤 경우든지 일시보호의 대상이 된다 보호기간 `동안에는 아동adolescent(청소년)에게 필요한 생계와 의료보호가 보장되어야 하고, 보호의 처음 과 동시에 보호 아동이나 adolescent(청소년)에게는 주저 없이 자신의 신뢰자에게 소식을 전할 수 있는 기회가 주어져야 한다. 아동adolescent(청소년)이 시설에 거주하는 동안에는 adolescent(청소년)청이 감독, 교육, 체류 결정 권한을 갖게 되며, 이때 양육권자나 보호권자의 의지를 적절히 고려해야 한다. 그 중에서 아동adolescent(청소년)지원법(KJHG : Kindergend Hilfe Gesetz)은 위기adolescent(청소년)의 보호에 관한 주요 내용을 담고 있따 이 법에서는 아동adolescent(청소년)의 연령을 규정하고 있는데, 아동(Kind)이라 함은 14세 미만인 자를 말하고, adolescent(청소년)(Jugend)은 14세 이상 18세 미만인 자를 말한다.
